Services are provided with a Trauma Informed approach, and also involve Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy (level 1&2), and are tailored to each client.

60 minute sessions are $135 for individual, or $160 for a couple, payable by cash, e-transfer, debit tap, or credit card. Phone calls are billed in half hour increments, at regular session price. If you are planning on using any extended medical benefits/insurance, you will need to check with your individualized plan to ensure that you will be covered to see a Clinical Counsellor (MPCC, RQS). I may be able to direct bill through Telus E Claims or ProviderConnect, they do not include every single available insurance company. If direct billing is not available, you will be provided with a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.


I do have some sliding scale spots available at times, if this is something you are requiring, don’t hesitate to ask.

Sessions are done in office, by phone, or online through encrypted tele-health software.
